Our packages are carefully packaged and shipped using trusted carriers to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition. For orders under $50, we offer flat rate shipping of $9.99. We aim to ship all orders within 1-7 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Return & Exchange Policy
At Caravel Hookah, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a hassle-free return or exchange policy. You may return or exchange your item within 30 days of purchase. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us with your order number and reason for return. Our customer service team will assist you with the process and provide you with a return shipping label if needed. Please note that all returned items must be in their original packaging and in new, unused condition. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days upon receipt of the returned item.
